Abstract


Atherosclerotic plaque rupture or monospasm of coronary artery is directly involved in triggering acute coronary syndromes, including unstable angina, acute myocardial infarction, and so on. Along with consummation of the concept and deep study about ACS, it was discovered that pregnancy associate plasma protein-A (PAPP-A), which was found from pregnant women blood in 1974, and Cycloxygenase-2 (COX-2) are related with ACS. COX-2 plays an important role in the angiopoiesis and metastasis of tumor. It has become apparent that peripheral levels of PAPP-A and COX-2 are especially elevated in patients with acute coronary syndromes, and they have correlation with many inflammatory factors in peripheral blood.Objective:To detect the expression of PAPP-A and COX-2 in coronary artery of patients with ACS. Fix PAPP-A and COX-2 masculine location by labelling macrophage and smooth muscle cell. Analyze the relation between PAPP-A and COX-2 with ACS.Method:There were 15 autopsiced cases which were consistent with the judge standard of ACS. Make sequence section of the right, left(anterior descending branch, left circumflex coronary artery) coronary artery from beginning to the ending with an interval about 1 centimeter. We have 13 coronary artery autopsiced cases without myocardial infarction and 8 coronary artery autopsiced cases with olden myocardial infarction as control groups. The arteries of ACS group were divided into 4 groups according to the degree of stenosis (group A: <25%; group B: 25%~50%; group C: 50%~75%; group D:>75%).
