Abstract


[Objective] To explore the protective effect and mechanism of Borneol on acute myocardial ischemic injury . [Method] isoproterenol (30mg/kg) caused by acute myocardial ischemia injury model method . SD rats were randomly divided into six groups , the saline group , the ISO model group ( NS 10ml/kg ) , the the borneol high-dose group (400mg/kg ) , borneol in dose group (200mg/kg), the borneol small dose group ( 100 mg / kg), Salvia positive control group (400mg/kg), observed changes in of borneol injury on acute myocardial histopathology morphology and rat ECG △ J ; calculated cardiac index : serum CK and LDH; immune assay borneol group of rats with acute ischemic myocardial cells of bcl- 2, bax , impact capspase - 3 protein expression ; simultaneous determination the the myocardial homogenate Na -K -ATPase, Ca 2 -ATPase, Mg 2 -ATPase activity . [Result] The results showed that , the Pathomorphology myocardial necrosis than saline group , the ISO model group significantly increased of myocardial coefficients , and serum CK, LDH increased significantly ; bcl-2/bax ratio decreased ; of bax, capspase -3 protein expression was significantly elevated ; the the of Na < / sup> -K < / sup> ATPase, Ca 2 -ATPase , Mg 2 < / sup> -ATPase activity was significantly decreased . Than with the model group , reduce the degree of pathomorphological borneol each dose group and positive control group myocardial injury ; ECG △ J reduced ; heart coefficient and serum CK, LDH significantly decreased ; of bax, capspase - 3 protein expression was significantly reduced
