Executive Summary


The study of the quality of working life began in the 1960s, the idea put forward stimulate the emergence of new management methods, change the mode of business and personal relationships, is a long-term human resource development inevitable result of the theory and practice. Organizational commitment is an important concept in the study of organizational behavior, important for the survival and development of the organization. Management philosophy into the 21st century, to enhance the quality of working life, more and more attention of researchers and practical managers, and the organization by improving the quality of working life of employees, improve employee organizational commitment to promote the performance of the organization's work. In mainland China, starting in the 1990s only a small amount of work the study of the quality of life, the study focused educators and corporate employees, the lack of a clear and unified concept of quality of work life, evaluation indicators, as well as research content defined. Relationship between quality of work life and organizational commitment is still rare. This thesis, research scholars, literature analysis, questionnaire survey, employees of state-owned commercial banks to explore the quality of their work life dimensions, verify that the organization is committed to the 5-factor model, quality of life and organizational commitment of the employee of the state-owned commercial banks current situation, different personal attributes of the quality of work life, organizational commitment, and work quality of life and organizational commitment to the relationship between the two. This study by the relevant model for the design of the questionnaire for the employees of state-owned commercial banks issued 170 questionnaires were 145 valid questionnaires were based on the use of factor analysis, descriptive analysis, analysis of variance, correlation and regression analysis, the following main findings: ① The quality of work life of the employees of state-owned commercial banks is divided into five dimensions of the respect and growth, organizational structure and atmosphere, working conditions, the relationship between work and family and work content. ② verify the 5-dimensional structural model of organizational commitment, that contains emotional commitment, normative commitment, commitment to the ideals and commitment to economic promise and opportunity. ③ by differences analysis found that the state-owned commercial banks staff gender and marital status of the relationship between work and family have a significant impact, age, seniority and positions of respect and growth conditions of work, the relationship between work and family, work content have a significant impact, academic The only significant difference on the working conditions and content. (4) differences analysis found the state-owned commercial banks staff marital status and academic organizations commitment to each dimension did not significantly with the impact of age on the organizational commitment of the five dimensions are significant with the impact, gender feelings of commitment and economic commitment have significantly with the impact seniority significant impact, the emotional commitment to economic commitments, opportunities, commitment and normative commitment posts on emotional commitment, financial commitment, ideal commitment and normative commitment to the four dimensions have a significant impact. The ⑤ state-owned commercial bank employee quality of life and its five dimensions of organizational commitment and its significant correlation in five dimensions. ⑥ discovery through predictive analysis, an integral dimension of the quality of life of employees of state-owned commercial banks, the working conditions, the relationship between work and family, and respect and grow significantly predictive impact on organizational commitment, working conditions influence. Finally, we discuss the major progress and practical significance of the study, pointed out the lack of research and the outlook for the follow-up study.
