Abstract


Objective: To compare patients with strabismic amblyopia multifocal visual evoked potential characteristic changes of amblyopia may pathogenesis , and to provide a reference for the clinical . Method : Germany Roland RETIscan3.15 multifocal visual electrophysiology instrument , the The stimulus pattern selection CRTCombs stimulus selection Pattern-LT FOK ( first-order reaction) extracted with the RETI multifocal electrophysiology instrument of analysis software . Recorded and analyzed a total of 80 cases of children with strabismus amblyopia 80 ( outer ramp inclined 37 43 ) , and compared with the normal control group of children ( 60 ) . Results: 1 . Of strabismus amblyopia retinal central region of N 1 - P 1 wave amplitude density average of P 1 - N 1 decline in wave amplitude average compared with the normal group of children , this phenomenon increased with eccentricity , the downward trend . Amplitude density to evaluate visual function strabismic amblyopia eyes of esotropia amblyopic eye worst . Strabismic amblyopia P 1 wave latency average normal control group children in various parts of the visual field no obvious abnormalities. 2. Strabismic amblyopia patients waveform anomalies degree independent of the degree of amblyopia . Esotropia amblyopia waveform anomaly is greater than the external oblique amblyopia . 3. Normal group and strabismic amblyopia group N 1 -P wave amplitude density of the average : the temporal side < nasal , P 1 < / sub > wave latency Average: temporal side of the nasal . The latter significant difference . Conclusion: This study showed that : strabismic amblyopia patients mfVEP the obvious characteristic changes support amblyopia pathogenesis there was not only retinal factors also exist factors visual cortex .
