Abstract


5 - aminosalicylic acid ( 5- ASA) is one of the clinical drug of choice for treatment (IBD) ; the ortho methyl salicylate (O-MSA) is an important dye and pharmaceutical intermediates , preparation process research has important practical significance at home and abroad 5 - amino salicylic acid and o-methyl salicylate production suspension , gas-solid phase and solvent . these production processes yield is low , the reaction time is long energy consumption , and prone to contamination , complex operation , and it has not been improved and enhanced . research supercritical carbon dioxide as a reaction medium and reactant , synthesis of 5 - amino salicylic acid and o-methyl- Kolbe-Schmitt reaction salicylate. as supercritical carbon dioxide fluid has a high diffusion resistance and good dissolving capacity , under conventional conditions of the heterogeneous gas-solid phase reaction , the gas-liquid opposite strain is a homogeneous reaction , the reaction mass and heat transfer characteristics have been greatly improved , thus greatly improving the speed of response , and shorten the reaction time , reducing the stirring rate , and product quality and production efficiency can be greatly improved . This study examined the different carboxylation conditions affect their yield and supercritical carbon dioxide Synthesis of 5 - amino salicylic acid reaction kinetics . Experimental results show that : the reaction temperature , 140 ° C , the reaction pressure was 9.0MPa, reaction time was 2.5h , and agitation rate of 300 rpm under the condition of 5 - amino salicylic acid yield can reach more than 90.5% , whereas in a reaction temperature of 150 ° C , and the reaction pressure was 8.5MPa , and the reaction time is 3 hours, the yield of the ortho - methyl salicylate can reach more than 75% . The apparent reaction order of 2.7 supercritical carbon dioxide Synthesis of 5 - amino salicylic acid reaction , the reaction activation energy Ea 1.343kJ/mol. Compared with the traditional process , supercritical Kolbe-Schmitt reaction synthesis of 5 - amino salicylic acid and o - methyl salicylate , is a new green production process .
