Abstract


Poly(lactide)、 Poly(lactide-co-glycolide) and other polyester microspheres are biodegradable、 biocompatible and controllable degradations , so that they can controll release antigens, and they also can boost the immune responses of antigens entrapped in them. In recent years, researchers found there are still many problems in preparation of microspheres, and they also found the microspheres work different way when encapsulated different proteins or virus in them, and more important is that they found microspheres can greatly boost the immune responses of gene immunization, but they still don’t know the mechanism. In this study, we did reseachs on all these things, and it’s mainly divided into 3 parts just as follows.1. The preparation and characterization of Poly(lactide-co-glycolide) microspheres—The entrapment of a model protein ovalbumin(OVA) using a water-in-oil-in-water emulsion solvent evaporation technique.OVA was considered conventional model protein in the preparation of microspheres. One of our goals in this study is to know well about the parameters in the preparation of microspheres, and we want to get the optimum conditions .We
