The international steel market is an increasingly open integrated market,and the capacity of the local market is becoming saturated.For giving full play to its own capacity and achieve operational resources effectively configuration, more and more iron and steel enterprises will alter their single vision of the domestic market to international market which is an important feature and way out of the iron and steel enterprises.Facing the global market, Panzhihua iron&steel company will face how to remain competitive, survival and development.Under the increasing scale of enterprise and the pressure of competition tends to monopoly, joint and cooperation between the iron and steel enterprises has been rapidly developed.The key steel users adopt the globalization strategy. For example, the automotive industry, they have changed over the basis in factory location in choosing suppliers,they now select them on a global scale.This provides a significant competitive advantage for those transnational operations of Iron and Steel Company.Therefore, to our nation steel enterprises, if they want to have the ability to follow the supply, to bargain with the big users.they must be in a wide range of overseas marketing network and perfective service system. At the same time, Panzhihua iron&steel company is also facing the constraints of the production of raw material bottleneck,they need to be in the global distribution of resources.With the continuous expansion of world steel demand and production capacity, Panzhihua iron&steel company requires a lot of ore, coal, alloys and other raw materials, Under the scarcity of its own resources and depleted mineral resources, Panzhihua iron&steel company needs to develop more high-quality resources worldwide and establish a stable raw material supply system.This study is to take the practical case of China famous steel enterprises Panzhihua iron&steel (group) company open overseas specific market as the breakthrough point, Through the objective analysis of the present situation of iron and steel industry, iron and steel trade,the marketing condition between the world and China,besides take the comprehensive competitiveness of iron and steel into account,this paper clearly put forward the opportunity and challenge of Chinese iron and steel enterprises, and use the SWOT to analyze.And then came to the conclusion:The Panzhihua iron&steel company steel enterprises should enhance the volume of exports and the percentage of overseas market through the exportation on relational competition strategy, the exportation marketing strategy, the brand competition strategy and exports the channel the increment management strategy, which has the certain guiding significance to the Chinese steel enterprises effect "going out" strategy under international business practice.
