Abstract


Salary is the enterprise employees pay their own labor after, business enterprise give the various forms of compensation. It is the enterprise incentive mechanism of the important part of enterprise has important effect. Pay not only affects the staffs work enthusiasm, also plays an important role to employee satisfaction of the training, the formation of enterprise centripetal force. Fair and reasonable salary system can stimulate the staff’s working enthusiasm for employees to spare no effort for the enterprise. It can cultivate employee satisfaction and loyalty, and reduce the liquidity of employees, and to reduce the labor cost of enterprise. As incomes rise, people pay more attention to the pursuit of justice. Economics is to point to the staff of the fair pay and return equivalence, employee input-output match. The fairness of the salary mainly in three aspects:external fair, fair and employees within the fair. Realization of the theory and method of external fair compensation is salary survey, realize the salary of the theory and method of internal fairness is position analysis.This paper studies the salary of the fairness of a level-internal justice. Choose private steel enterprise as the research object, through the analysis private enterprise of the steel post settings. Use of enterprise post evaluation method of the evaluation of the relative value. Combined with the private steel enterprises after salary system and each post salary standard to carry on the analysis, Study the explore steel enterprise existing private salary structure fair or not, find out the existing problems. internal unfair phenomena have been found in private steel enterprise’s salary. Produce this kind of phenomenon is the fundamental reason why not a definite salary set the standards. In order to solve this problem puts forward the countermeasure, as far as possible to solve the problems existing in the internal fair compensation.
