Abstract


With the high speed development of economy, the culverts are widely used inwater conservancy、highways、railways and other engineerings and take up moreproject investment. It is one of "lifeline projects".Maintenance for the past culvert and building a new culvert will play animportant role in strengthening the flood carrying capacity of culverts. The damage ofculverts caused by many years running process has been investigated in detail.According to the damage and the investigation,the two new culverts are designed tothe south of60m far away from the original one. After the main task of engineering isformulated, the detailed project construction process will be designed.First of all, survey the natural geographical and regional geological conditions ofthe project by consulting literatures and field survey, which provides meteorologicaland geological information on the reasonable implementation plan for the culvertengineering. Secondly, culvert project layout design are to be done. Culvert designincludes flood regulation calculation、reinforcement design and maintenance of theoriginal culverts、the new culvert design. Engineering overall layout includes designbasis, project level, flood control standard, engineering tasks and arrangement of thescale. Thirdly, after culvert design and project layout are finished, includes thecalculation of flood regulation、maintenance and reinforcement design of the originalculverts and the new culvert design are to be done in the culvert design. Besides,building the water channel by laying bricks or stones design is included,too.Engineering overall layout includes design basis, project level, flood control standardand engineering tasks and arrangement of the scale.On this basis, the specific construction organization design is to be done,whichincludes the construction condition, construction diversion, the main body of theproject construction, layout and total schedules, project total investment budget and soon. Finally, in the above work, impact prediction of environment is done after theconstruction of engineering, to minimize the environmental impact of the projectconstruction. This project will make the control area recovery after the original ecologyenvironment, the trend of water loss and soil erosion gets to be controlled effectively,wetland ecology will be restored.
