Abstract


Water is a kind of indispensable natural resource. The utilization of waterresources on every place reflects the level of industrial development and economiclevel of the region directly. Now, the industry characterized by high consumption, lowefficiency and high emissions, which hindered the further development of China’sindustrial seriously. As a part of food industry, the Brewing industry is characterizedin the high water consumption and high drainage. A relatively complete and effectivecorporate water saving mode must be seeking out. The Brewing industry must payattention to the problem of water-saving in the water use efficiency and protection ofthe environment under the circumstance of shortage of water resources.This thesis analyzes the current water saving measures, situation of brewingindustry and the premise of national industrial policy. Make the careful investigationand assessment of the water-use system of Wei Li wine industry. From index test,index analysis and evaluation of water, the water saving scheme evaluation, and watersaving potential mining, we use water balance test method, quota comparison method,technology assessment method and economic analysis to complete them, with whichto find an effective and convenient way of water-saving and patterns. And we do thewater balance test for the enterprise. According to the result of test, it analysis theimportant indicators of water saving. And it made the comprehensive study ofwater-saving technology and water-saving transformation program. It analyzes the useof water before and after reconstruction comparatively and conducted acomprehensive analysis of the water-saving potential and the economic benefits. Thefinal conclusions is that enterprises is going to reduce the quantity of water, improvewater circulation, reduce the amount of sewage discharge, which means that thesaving mode is reliability, economically. And the methods are available for similarbusiness as a water-saving reference.The main contents are as follows:1. Introduce the related evaluation indicators and related research methods-thewater balance test systematically.2. Analyze on the current use of water of ChongQing WeiLi Brewery Co., Ltd,and have an evaluate to the water-saving indicators.3. Analyze on the water saving potential of the industry. Have an assessment ofthe water-saving effect and economic benefits, and provide a series of Water-savingmeasures and suggestions.4. Summarize the water conservation for the industry and give the rationalizationproposals of water use finally.
