Abstract


China is an oil-poor country, thermal power plants will spend a lot of fuel for startingand stable combustion as a large customer. So, installing less oil, oil-free ignitioncombustion device to achieve power saving has become the inevitable choice. The object ofthis study is an important igniton equipment for power plant boiler-small oil gun. The smalloil gun is arranged in a nozzle in the first wind, and all the fuel used to heat the heatingpulverized with fuel efficiency. To achieve efficient combustion of fuel, the spray effect iscritical. This study is mainly carried out by atomization and combustion.This paper describes several major less oil, oil-free ignition technology in china andabroad in the first place and laborates atomization principle of mechanical atomized oil gunand bubbles atomization oil gun, as well as the main factors afterwards. Then leads to asmall flow machinery-bubbles atomized oil gun which based on the combination of twokinds of spray to analysis the priciple and design the oil gun.Compared to mechanical atomized spray and machinery-bubbles atomized spary torchin the small oil gun test bench, found on the atomization and the ease of ignition, the latteris superior to the former. Variable method is carried out in oil flow characteristics test,relationship between the fuel pressure, the atomizing media pressure, atomizing media flow,gas-liquid mass ratio, nozzle exit diameter is investigated. Spray angle tests show the greatinfluence by fuel pressure and air pressure. With3D Particle Image Velocimetry measuringthe droplet velocity, image show fuel pressure and air pressure’s influence on velocity field,besides, the velocity field rule along the axial and radial distribution.In1:1self-built bench for hot combustion test, I focused on the combustion chambertemperature distribution, concentration distribution of combustion products. Fuel flow,combustion air, gas-liquid ratio are three important factors which impact combustion. Withcontrol of variables, I obtain the former three factors’ influence to temperature field,combustion concentration field. One impact of the fuel flow consistent with the gas-liquidration, the amount of contrast with the combustion air. Finally, I study about how theatomizing nozzle aperture and spray sheet air inlet aperture impact combustion. Tests show that for this oil gun, the nozzle exit diameter2millimeter to take more appropriate whilespray sheet air inlet aperture to take3millimeter more appropriate.
