Abstract

Objective:A randomized control and parallel tests were carried out in90cases. To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of such patients with coronary heart disease by using Guan xin shuang Mixture. Blood fat, related parameters of endothelial such as NO, ET-1, and inflammatory biomarkers such as hs-CRP, IL-6,HCY et. changes could be compared before with after taking the preparation. It is most important to investigate the mechanism that how it affects indicators related the function of arteries in patients.Method:Collecting patients who diagnosed with coronary heart disease in Guanganmen TCM hospital clinical and Cardiovascular in-patient Department. The total number of cases is90, the average is divided into three groups:the TCM group, the western medicine group and combine traditional Chinese and western medicine group, each30cases, the first group take "Guan xin shuang Mixture", the second group take western medicine standardized treatment, the last group take "Guan xin shuang Mixture" and standardized treatment. Those patients with diabetes disease also take hypoglycemic drugs; Those with hypertension have to take blood pressure medication. The course lasts for one month, observing clinical symptoms’and EKG changes before and after the treatment and record changes of blood fat, inflammatory biomarkers, endothelium function and fibrinolytic index. Blood fat index uses enzymatic determination to analysis. Hs-CRP uses immunoturbidimetry to analysis. IL-6uses enzyme-linked immunosorbent double antibody clip to detect. HCY uses circulating enzymatic determination to detect. FIB use immune turbidity method to analysis. D-D uses enzyme-linked immune jinbiao method to detect. NO uses nitrate reductive enzymatic to analysis. ET uses radio-immunity method to detect.Result:1. In clinical efficacy:Three groups can decrease angina pectoris frequency and duration P<0.05, combine traditional Chinese and western medicine group is more evident compared with the other two groups P<0.05,but there is no difference between the TCM group and the western medicine group P>0.05. 2. In EKG efficacy:Three groups can improve EKG efficacy, but there is no difference between them P>0.05.3. In TCM symptom efficacy:Three groups can improve each TCM symptoms, the effectual rate of three groups:the TCM group was16.67%; the western medicine group was10.00%, combine traditional Chinese and western medicine group was40.00%; And the total effective rate was83.33%,83.33%,96.67%. The combine traditional Chinese and western medicine group is more evident compared with the other two groups P<0.05. but differences between the other two groups had no statistical difference.4. In blood fat analysis:Three groups can lower TC, TG, LDL-C P<0.05, The combine traditional Chinese and western medicine group is more evident compared with the other two groups P<0.05. but differences between the other two groups had no statistical difference. They also can elevate HDL-C, Although the TCM group and the western medicine group have no statistical significance, The combine traditional Chinese and western medicine group is much better than the other two groups.5. In endothelium functions:Three groups can lower ET-1, The combine traditional Chinese and western medicine group is more evident compared with the other two groups P<0.05. but differences between the other two groups had no statistical difference P>0.05; They also can elevate NO, Although the TCM group and the western medicine group have no statistical significance P>0.05, The combine traditional Chinese and western medicine group is much better than the other two groups P<0.056. In fibrinolytic index and LP(a) efficacy:Three groups can decrease FIB and LP(a) P<0.05, Indicators of The combine traditional Chinese and western medicine group improved significantly compared with the other two groups P<0.05; But there was no difference between the TCM group and the western medicine group P>0.05. D-D was lower than before treatment in three groups, there was no difference between the TCM group and the western medicine group P>0.05, but the combine traditional Chinese and western medicine group was more evident than the other two groups P<0.05.7. In inflammatory biomarkers efficacy:Three groups can lower hs-CRP, IL-6and HCY, the combine traditional Chinese and western medicine group was more significant than the other two groups P<0.05; but there was no difference between the TCM group and the western medicine group P>0.05.Conclusion:This study suggests that:Guanxinshuang Mixture which presents the method of nourishing kidney, activation yang and promoting blood to treat coronary heart disease has positive curative effect and can be used in clinic treatment. The therapeutic mechanism is to improve blood fat dysfunction, anti-inflammatory, anti-thrombosis and to protect VEC.
