The online education not only eliminates the boundaries of time and space by using network, but also successfully become the main force in distance education. Thus, the problems about distance education in rural primary and secondary school teachers, naturally become the problems about online education. With the network in rural education plays an increasingly important role, accompanied by the problems of education is also becoming increasingly clear. So, how to change the form of the impact on teacher education in rural areas due to the great expansion of the network, and how to propose targeted solution for the lack of online education in reality. These problems are the purpose and starting point of this article.In order to better understand the current of rural teachers accepted online education, and then found where the problem lies, propose targeted solution. This paper initially summarizes the problem of related research through the literature research method. Then the theory combined with survey practice select a regional survey areas, and take the region representative school teachers as research object, by using questionnaire survey to investigate and analyze the present situation of rural primary and secondary school teachers accepted online education. And combining with the current education form puts forward the corresponding improvement strategy.The article is divided into five parts. The first part of the article begins with the guide. The second part of the theory used to do a simple introduction, and the third and fourth parts are the focus of this article. The third part is a presentation of the survey results and analysis. This part mainly analyzes the questionnaire from the subjective factors and objective factors and then concluded the problems. The fourth part is proposing the solutions on the basis of the third part. In addition to that of strengthening policy system and the construction of hardware and software facilities outside, this article particularly emphasis on mobilizing teachers’subjective activity, and also especially puts forward to establish rural teachers’online education and university’s butt mode. The fifth part is the last part of this article, i.e., the concluding remarks, this part summarizes the article which discusses the related.
