China’s new round of primary and secondary curriculum reforms are profound impact of economic globalization, political democratization, cultural pluralism and many other factors, gradually showing a trend of decentralization of the teaching, to establish a three-course management system. So, as an important part of the curriculum reform in primary and secondary schools-school-based curriculum evaluation, also obtained a new understanding, in particular, extensive primary and secondary teachers to participate in school-based curriculum evaluation. This provides the opportunity to participate in course evaluation for the best understanding of the school-based curriculum of primary and secondary teachers, and gradually become an integral part of the main school-based curriculum evaluation.This paper has discussed the current situation, the measures and questions of our primary and middle school teachers’participation in the school-based curriculum evaluation, and thoroughly analysized the connotation and significance of primary and secondary school teachers’participation in school-based curriculum evaluation.This paper mainly adopts questionnaire survey and data analysis, and dextensivly investigated and researched our country present stage in primary and secondary school teachers participation in school-based curriculum evaluation, and masterded the first-hand materials, provided the reliable data base for the further research on the paper. It comprehensivly statistic and inductde the results, and on the basis of thoroughly summarized analysised the realistic problems of the primary and secondary school teachers’ participation in school-based curriculum evaluation, and find out the root causes of limition of primary and secondary school teachers’participation in the school-based curriculum evaluation, and put forward corresponding strategies.
