Abstract


Knowledge is the most valuable resource at the knowledge economy age. People-oriented education must focus on the unified needs of social development and individual character’s development. A wealth of knowledge, the wisdom, good feelings, and the coordination ability of a person’s growth constitute elements of a person’s growth and success. In the current context of educational information, teachers learn to extract useful information and facilities to manage in the numerous and complicated information quickly, which brings the wisdom of the teachers’ educational generation,forms the school community education ecology, as well as students lubricant silent enlightenment.This is the era of conferred a responsibility of teachers for every student development services.The author first do the retrieval through the existing knowledge management of teachers in primary and secondary school,contrast them and do the further exploration, and strive to create theory of knowledge management related in the primary and secondary school.Then by using the questionnaire, make two sets of questionnaire which is for the primary and secondary school teachers and school administrators.Random in Dadong District, Shenyang of150teachers and22school administrators to work out the questionnaire.After recovery by a rigorous screening, an objective analysis of the present situation of education informatization under the background of knowledge management present situation of primary and secondary school teachers.Find the main problems including the active management of primary and middle school teachers’awareness indifference,lack of the related knowledge and the reflecting on horizon limitations, the knowledge transformation and the innovation ability is not enough, and school administrators lack the systematic knowledge management such as literacy.Finally according to existing problems, put forward three strategies for the teachers of individual knowledge management and four strategies for the school organizational knowledge management.The author expect that this study can arouse the awakening of the knowledge management of teachers, with more professional and systematic knowledge management of teachers to prove the literacy, and give the positive influence on students,and finally enhance the students’ comprehensive competitive power.
