Abstract


The teacher is the core and pillar of education, teacher quality directly determines the level of education. In the continuous development of education reform today, teacher professional development has become a common trend of international teacher. However, the rural education is an important part of China education, rural primary and secondary schools and teachers’professional development in China is directly related to the quality of basic education in China, but also related to China’s education reform success or failure, therefore, the professional development of teachers in rural areas of concern, especially the professional development of teachers in rural primary and secondary schools and the existing problems, and actively explore the countermeasures to promote the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers professional development level in rural areas, improve rural teachers, have far-reaching significance for the healthy development of China’s entire education. However, in the vast rural primary and secondary schools, the recognition of teachers professional development is fuzzy, professional development level is not optimistic, the overall quality is low. Some rural teachers from teaching for more than ten years, decades, professional level is not increased, but a weakening and shrinking trend,"only by seniority does not increase level" phenomenon is serious. So, how to promote the professional development of teachers in rural primary and secondary schools, should take what kind of measures to promote the professional development of teachers in primary and secondary schools in rural areas, therefore, the rural primary and secondary school teachers’professional development strategy study is very important and urgent. Therefore, based on the background of urban and rural planning strategy to promote professional development of primary and secondary school teachers in rural areas were studied.The full text is divided into five parts:The first part:introduction. This part mainly introduces the research background, research purpose and value, rural primary and secondary school teachers’professional development concept definition, literature review, research ideas and methods, research priorities, difficulties and innovation.The second part:investigation of the present situation of the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers in rural areas. Description and Analysis on the part of the part is mainly based on the Y District of Chongqing rural teachers’professional development survey. From the development of the basic situation and current situation of the professional development of teachers in rural primary and secondary schools on primary and secondary education in rural areas.The third part:analysis of the causes of the professional development of teachers in primary and secondary schools in rural areas the plight of. Description and analysis of this part mainly based on the investigation in Chongqing City School Teachers’ Professional Development Zone Y part. From the aspects of social environment, each dimension of school education, teachers view these three aspects of a detailed analysis.The fourth part:the strategies of professional development of primary and secondary school teachers in rural areas. This part in the part of Chongqing city Y district basic investigation and analysis of the professional development of rural primary and secondary school teachers, and puts forward the following countermeasures for the professional development of teachers in primary and secondary schools with the background of urban and rural transformation:further increase two structure in urban and rural areas, the rural education investment and policy support, improve the rural school education management system, promote rural teacher professional self-development, creative use of various means to promote the professional development of teachers in rural areas.The fifth part:conclusion. This part mainly summarizes the context of urban and rural primary and secondary school teachers’professional development strategy research, and points out the direction of research efforts.
