Abstract


With the upsurge of the reform of school physical education and health curriculum,physical education and health curriculum resources development and utilization ofthe actor an increasingly important role in the teaching process. In July2010, theCPC Central Committee and the State Council promulgated National long-termeducational reform and Development Plan. It states that “to promote the balanceddevelopment of compulsory education. To establish and improve the balanceddevelopment of compulsory protection mechanism.” To promote compulsoryeducation schools, standardized construction, to balance allocation of teachers,equipment, books, school buildings and other resources. As a basic part of thephysical education curriculum, Physical Education and Health Curriculum resourcesare more and more important. To carry out the quality of the development andutilization of the resources of the physical education curriculum and physicaleducation curriculum are closely related. The essential factors are the upsurge topromote the physical education curriculum reform and development. In this study,full-time elementary school physical education curriculum resources and thedevelopment and utilization of Shaanxi Province as a research topic. To use thestratified random sampling to select374schools in Shaanxi Province, the use ofliterature, questionnaire, interview, logical analysis and mathematical statisticsmethods to analyze the results of the survey. The analysis shows that the impact ofShaanxi Province Physical Education Curriculum Resource Development and use ofthe following factors: the enthusiasm of sports funding, the concept of socialeducation, leadership emphasis, teachers’ professionalism, curriculum resourcesdevelopment and utilization of teachers’ awareness, system of educational evaluation,physical education teachers’ enthusiasm, social participation and the students’participation. Studies suggest that:1. Leadership of primary and secondary schools in Shaanxi Province are theawareness of the importance of school sports, there is shortage, which affected thenormal work of the school sports and school sports development.2. Shaanxi Province of PE funds invest less, sports facilities lack of resources andlack of sports equipment with supplementary difficulties and low utilization. Theteaching content and emerging sports development of Physical education curriculumare rarely in primary and secondary schools in Shaanxi Province.3. Get physical information resources monotonic primary and middle schools inShaanxi Province, mainly broadcast television and magazines and other traditional methods, the Internet is not widely used advanced. The teachers of primary andsecondary school resources development consciousness are weak in ShaanxiProvince. They cannot make full use of existing sports curriculum resources toenrich the course content and cannot to stimulate students’ interest in physicalexercise; it is not conducive to the cultivation of students’ consciousness of lifelongphysical education.4.Rich geographic resources of Shaanxi Province has not been fully utilized, ethnicand geographical characteristics of folk sports nor the introduction of daily physicaleducation teaching5. In the "pursuit of graduation rates" this concept, the school and parents to a certainextent around the students to participate in sports, thus school sports can not be gooddevelopment.
