Abstract


Because of the progress of science and technology, in whole world traffictransportationsystems use gradually the electronic charge method to replace thetraditional artificialhomework that promotes management and efficiency of operation.Intelligent cards have swift from cards to coalitions with mobile communication devices. Thismain reason of this is that the advancement and popularization of mobile communicationdevices technologies have made mobile communication devices the consumable electronicproducts that people contact most. Thus, combine the concerning technologies of intelligentcards with mobile communication devices and make a new product has become newest andmost favorable practice in the future. This article focuses on the mobile and wireless needsof commuters and how to make the electronic tickets launching by tickets companies easilyavailable to the public with non-commuters’ rare use of traffic electronic tickets and how tomake the tickets available not only as traffic electronic tickets; they should consumers to buyelectronic tickets under the mechanism and conduct small-scale payment transaction inwhich when consumers are at a show site or a convenience store they can enter into it by amere touch of the device. This being the new electronic tickets mechanism makes the exertionof intelligent cards and mobile communication devices more diversified.In addition, the maturity of IC smart card technology, for example: Near-FieldCommunication. It can combine electronic coupons and cell-phone, to increasediversifiedfunctions. Let the application of the closed electronic ticket develop into the open typeattitude.With the continual development of science and technology, the added value generatedby mobile communication devices and telecom network will not be confined to calls andcommunication; mobile devices can combine the functions of identity authentication andpayment and become a new channel of tickets, shopping and paying and provide more roomfor the development of other added values. This article mainly hopes that w can implantelectronic tickets into mobile communication devices and replace the original ticket intelligentcard with the digital certificate and savings amount in the electronic ticket and make themobile device an mini individual bank; the passenger only needs to use the mobile device at the ticket window and it will finish the payment automatically. Plus,in a mobilecommunication environment, it allows the consumers who hold the devices to buy movietickets and sports tickets at any time and any place through the communication devices, whichenables the device to be a traffic electronic ticket and another electronic ticket at the sametime. At last, you can save money or deduct money through the electronic monetary bag andenables people to do various businesses in different stores and make the best of limitedtransportation equipment;it can also extend the financial mechanism of large and small-scalepayment.Therefore, our research, through a characteristic that have of the new IC chip,brings up astudy of micropayment mechanism with mobile electronic ticket. Theamount of money ofstored value that this mechanism can let the electronic ticketcorporation issue, the couponsthat is no longer only confined to transportationsystems of masses is paid, at the same timestill can to shop, vending machine or cinema, is it do shopping and booking tickets etc. Thisnot only can reduce ticket publishers and shops in operation cost at the procedure, but alsoreduce consumer line up to wait, carry the cash and credit card even more. In order to reachthe purpose on “One handheld device can visit leisurely everywhere.”
