Abstract


As the concept of innovative behavior was proposed, it had got the wide attention in the field of theory and practice. Many scholars pay attention on this concept, which established its theoretical and empirical value. Previous research mainly focused on the psychological empowerment as a mediate variable affected on the creative behavior. There are not too much empirical research to test the mechanism of the relationship between the psychological empowerment and the consequence variable. Therefore, this paper attempts to use psychological empowerment as independent variables, to study the relationship between psychological authorization and creation behavior. Motivation has been regarded as an important predictor of individual behaviors, so I tried to study the mechanism of action between intrinsic motivation and creativity behavior. This research will focus on:Whether the intrinsic motivation plays the moderation effete between the psychological empowerment and innovative behavior.In order to achieve the research purpose, this study put forward the research supposition based on the previous research of psychological empowerment, intrinsic motivation and innovative behavior. Through the questionnaire survey and the collection of the data, I use Spss17.0and Amos17.0to test the reliability and validity of data, and study correlation and regression. The empirical analysis results show that: the innovative behavior has positively affected by psychological empowerment as well as intrinsic motivation. And the intrinsic motivation plays the partly moderation effect between the psychological empowerment and innovative behavior.The article includes six parts:The first part is an introduction,which mainly introduces the research background of the article, the purpose, significances ideas and innovation points of the research.The second part is the review of the existing research. This part includes the reviews and combs of the research about psychological empowerment, intrinsic motivation and innovative behavior.The third part shows the theoretical analysis and hypothesis. Based on the available research results, author puts forward the hypothesis and research model.The forth part is the design of the questionnaire and the test of the reliability and validity. In this part, author designs scientific and reasonable questionnaire and takes a investigation through learning from the maturity scale. To prepare for the further analysis, reliability test and validity test were complied based on the data.The fifth part is the empirical analysis. Firstly, author analyses the correlations between the main variables through the sample data. Then analysis shows the positive influence of psychological empowerment on innovative behavior. Finally, the partly moderation effect of intrinsic motivation is verified.The sixth part is the conclusion, the suggestion and the outlook. Author makes a general conclusion for this study, puts forward some management recommendations. Finally, author introduces the limitation of the study and proposes future prospects in this area.
