Abstract


With the rapid development of optical communications industry in China, competitive ability of China’s national communications manufacturers enhanced quickly. Facing rivals such as domestic and overseas telecommunications manufacturing companies, Jiangsu Zhongtian Technology CO., LTD., a private enterprise, stood out from the crowd."industry serves the country, contributes to society" as its slogan, the company’is becoming a famous national brand in many areas of special kinds of optical cable.Setting Jiangsu Zhongtian Technology CO.,LTD as research object, the paper first reviewed the optical communications industry’s development at home and abroad and marketing environment. Then by using five forces model analysis, SWOT analysis, BCG matrix analysis as method, carried out empirical research on this company’s profitability, management, market position, competitive advantages and disadvantages, products and the service combination.This paper seeked to put forward thinking about marketing strategy, globalization of Jiangsu Zhongtian Technology CO.,LTD. I also hope this research can help to improve the capability of independent innovation in manufacturing of optical communications in the future, provide a reference to other national industry in the field of development and expansion, marketing innovation, and globalization.
