Abstract


The Telecom Value-added Service is not only a new development industry but also a fast development industry. The enterprises of Telecom Value-added Service are facing huge risks and challenges with the recombination of the Telecom industry, the strategies changing of the Telecom operators and the coming of the new communication technology. Through the research on development strategies of Tianjin Fankai Technology&Trading co, this paper raises strategy setting and implementation scheme of the small-and-medium-sized enterprises during the next ten years, and also attempts to provide reference for the strategy changing research of he small-and-medium-sized enterprises. First, it represents the current situation and development trends of the Telecom Value-added Service in china, then applies SWOT analysis to Tianjin Fankai and defining the strategy choices explicitly in the future through detailed analysis on the external macro, internal capabilities and competitors.This research discusses the development strategy of Tianjin Fankai by using the scientific method of the strategy setting from the product and marketing, organization structure, product conditions, product conditions, human resource and research development etc. It has extremely important significance on displaying advantages, winning the competitors, doing well in the market and achieving strategic objective for the enterprise.The common is in the individuality and the individuality reflects the common. Through detailed analysis on the Tianjin Fankai, we found that there are general questions in the private enterprise, and attempts to find response strategy, and it is also as an example for other small-and-medium-sized enterprises on how to analyses the environment inside and outside, and formulate the suitable strategies and tactics.
