Abstract


The survival environment of the modern enterprise becomes increasingly severe andcomplicated since the global economic crisis, and valuable knowledge resources from theenvironment is the key to keeping sustainable development.Management of knowledgeresources become the heart of business success. The thesis establishes corporation knowledgeecosystem of which takes knowledge management as the core based on CAS theory anddefines relative description of the specific structure of the system, and proposes the existenceknowledge entity within the system as well as related concepts about knowledge niche.The thesis analyzes the interaction between knowledge entity and its ecologicalenvironmental based on complex adaptive perspective, and reaches its adaptive characteristicsand concludes that the system will get the survival and development in dynamically changingenvironment through self-feedback mechanism-evolutionary transitions.The thesis makes macroscopical analysis about the system based on the reaction modeland the evolutionary echo model and microscopically analyzes the specific mechanism ofevolutionary process based on Logistic equation and the main co-evolution model, andobtaines ecosystem development and evolution of the key factors for enterprises to improvetheir knowledge management process and provides a theoretical support.Finally, the thesis carries out Alibaba depth case studies, validates corporationknowledge ecosystem can effectively improve the performance knowledge management andconcludes that the establishment of corporation knowledge ecosystem makes configuration ofknowledge resources more reasonable,and these advantages are more likely to make thesurvival and development in a complex, dynamic fierce competition.
