Abstract

Combining the present status of land and resources information management and thebackground of ’onemap’, the author deeply analyses the land resources map and thecurrent construction sitlouation of comprehensive information platform for supervision, and then proposes his own understanding and positioning for the map and imformationsupervision. Based on these, this paper puts forward the design objective at the provinciallevel:large-scale integrated land resources database, onemap platform of land resourceswhich is service-oriented, the modeling supervisiom platform for integrated landresources information.Based on the design purpose, the author summarizes the problems of platformdesigning, induces for platform construction and carries on the overall architecture anddesign for the whole platform. In the third chapter, according to the general design, theauthor exponds the key technologies in detail which can give a solution for the problems ofdatabase construction and solving strategies for the map platform in following aspects:component-based function,component-based servitization, service configuration, serviceaggregation. Besides, these technologies also can provide solutions for the structure ofthe model and the index system of the comprehensive information platform forsupervision. On the basis of these researches, the author has accomplished and tested the map ofprovincial land resources as well as comprehensive information platform forsupervision. The test shows that all the solutions proposed by the author are feasible andcan be used as important reference for other similar projects.
