Abstract


Digital Measurable Image (DMI) is the terrestrial stereo image including the photo with the absolute orientation elements in the timing sequence of integration and management. DMI which is visible, measurable and can be data mining contains space semantics which traditional map cannot be show, represents the Earth’s actual physical condition and reflects the hologram earth closely connected with our social, economic and cultural knowledge. In recent years, DMI has such many advantages as it is measurable, can support urban landscape space image and can be used to mine data of the natural and cultural community. Base on those, DMI becomes an important supplement of4D data in the field surveying and mapping, and plays a supporting role in many applications of the "Digital City".With the rapid development of vehicle-borne digital measurable image acquisition system and the popularity of urban DMI application, Many Surveying and mapping management departments and functional management departments collect a large number of DMI data and build many DMI systems for their different purposes in the process of building "Digital City" and "Smart City". For the current the DMI applications’ shared problems such as diverse sources of data, narrow range of DMI Access caused by the system heterogeneous, and low utilization of data. Based on analysis and learning from the OGC Web Service system, this paper combined the feature of the DMI data and application. In the purpose of improving the share way of the DMI data and the interactivity ability of DMI application, this paper proposed Web Image Service (WIS), and studied the service model including the service description, service discovery, interface design and interactive mode. On this basis, the paper combined with the application of the "TIANDITU·City" and "digital city", researched the service implementation method, and verify the availability and easibility of the service.The research contents and results in this paper are as follows:Firstly, this paper analyzed traditional spatial service standard of OGC which stand for data service, demonstrates service processing service and.And from the traditional standard ability to meet the DMI share, this paper proposed the WIS model framework for DMI sharing.Secondly, based on WIS model framework, this paper discussed the service description, service discovery, interface design and interactive mode and built the WIS service model. the paper discussed the describe element, service ability and function sequence;the paper discussed the keywords for services discovery and spatial information matching idea,designed9interface for DMI, analyzed the service interactive methodThirdly, from hardware layer, data layer, business layer, and interface design, these four aspects, this paper realized the WIS prototype. And this paper taking DMI data in HaiAn area of Jiangsu Province as an example and connecting with HaiAn city map and "TIANDITU" resources built application example of WIS prototype, refined WIS application mode and verified the practicality of WIS.
