Abstract


At present, The identification mark of the map mainly rely on the name or number, the samemap exactly has the same name and number, so called”Multi-Map for one code”. Productionunits are responsible for regularly or required to produce a certain amount of map and transferredto map management unit, then management units still using manual registration record mapname or number to proceed issued, the state of map in using units is saved, used, destroyed, ortransferred are beyond the control of map management. Therefore, the results of this fuzzymanagement state are very easily lead to map missing, the supplementary map does not timely,and the map change destination can’t be found. In contrast, this management methods of bulkstatistics, manual registration and inventory are far behind the level of development of modernlogistics management techniques, can’t be done to the entire life-cycle process of mapmanagement.For the existing problem, this paper put forward dimensional code, RFID tags and otherrelated Internet of Things technologies applied to management technical solutions in map field,realize “One-Map for one code”,to achieve the ultimate goal of the map traceabilitymanagement. Two-dimensional code has the obvious advantages of high data capacity and errorcorrection ability, also can express the image data with almost zero cost, so we can make use ofthe two-dimensional code on a single map for "description" to confer a unique identity tag for thedifferent maps of the same kind, and then convenient the identification of each map in liquiditymanagement. Consider the map printing methods and requirements; we have also establishedbarcode printing technology and barcode representation on the map. RFID (Radio FrequencyTechnology) Tags are pasted on the outside of the packaged map pack contains all thetwo-dimensional code information inside, use its non-contact, fast, and the advantages of bulkreading to improve the efficiency of the map statistics, warehousing, inventory and distributionprocess. We also designed an intelligent map management warehouse which can receive the maptype, quantity and the environment temperature, humidity and other information in real timethrough the use of sensors and the construction of wireless sensor network. In addition,combined with this paper proposed management solutions, we also put forward the maptraceability management system design ideas, and by analyzing the specific module function andstructure of the table have realized the management system for map source tracing, and throughspecific verification process to prove the feasibility of the entire map life cycle traceabilitymanagement.In this paper, all aspects of map management mechanism have been build, such as production, registration, storage, distribution, use and destruction etc, effective solution to thevarious problems of the previous map fuzzy management, achieve its purposes of map scientific,accurate and efficient management. Real-time, dynamic receiving the map data can reduce theproduction costs and the blindness of management, also can improve the efficiency and safety ofthe map using, while also ensuring that the high-level decision-making based on data andcomprehensive to ensure that the relevant scientific decision-making and accuracy.
