Abstract


The residue of pharmaceutical industry with bio-fermentation is mainly consistingof abundant organic matter and rich nutrients. With high moisture and some antibioticresidue, the fermentation residue is difficult to be disposed safely. If the antibiotic residueis not undergone the degradation before its entry into the environment, great resourcelosses and serious damages of the human health and ecological safty will be realized.Due to more and more attention to environmental risk for the fermentation residue, theenvironmental issue becomes a bottleneck for pharmaceutical industry develepment, isthe important environment management object of our country and attracts extensiveattention of the society.Based on the component analysis, environmental behaviors and disposaltechnologies of the residue of pharmaceutical industry with bio-fermentation, build theassessment system of the treatment and disposal technologies of the fermentation residue.From four aspects of environment, economic, technology and society, assess the disposalmeans of fermentation residue to choose the most suitable one. Then the environmentalrisks including human health risk and aquatic ecological risk of different ways forfermentation residue disposal are also discussed with the purpose of providing someguidance for the choice of fermentation residue disposal mean.Firstly, analyzing the component of fermentation residue, environmental behaviorand disposal technologies of the residue, creat the frame of database of the residuedispose technologies, and make a clear explanation of computer implementationfeasibility for the database. The front-end searching function interface was built usingPower Builder9.0. The system back-end database was built using SQL Sever2000tomanage and storage the information related to technologies.Secondly, based on the technology database of the fermentation residue disposal, thecorresponding evaluation index system which consisted of the environment impact index,economic index, technical inex and society index was set up. The method of AHP andfuzzy comprehensive evaluation is applied to assess the fermentation residue treatmentand disposal technologies including fertilizer manufacturing, feed manufacturing, landfil,recycling and incineration. As the result, we choose feed manufacturing as the bestdisposal technical process for shijiahzuang pharmaceutical factory which is taken as acase.The evaluating index system is set up to identify risk factors of fermentation residue.After antibiotic and its metabolin are established as the risk factors, taking the waste oftetracycline as an example, we make the risk assessment according to the human healthone of EPA and aquatic ecological one of EU. The result is that the risk values of thetetracycline of the residue are2.5×10-10和2.2×10-10when the disposal rate is0%, for adult and children; and the ones are2.5×10-11和2.2×10-11when the disposal rate is90%, for adult and children. The values are0.724和0.0724for aquatic organismsrespectively.At last, to lessen the situation of badly environment management of fermentationresidue, some countermeasures from the management in classification management,technical progressing, treatment and disposal method, facilities construction and so onare proposed and provid the guidance to the safe disposal and management of themycelium residue.
