Abstract


Although it is a traditional beauty salon industry, but nearly20years,China’s rapid development of hairdressing services sector has begun to takeshape into a sunrise industry. Especially with the economy, politics continuesto develop, beauty salon has become a demand, the output value of a hugeindustry. Its number of employees will have a more substantial growth. Theend of2003a survey data show that the total number of Baotou cosmeticsector has more than33,000, the number of employees up to18millionpeople, an annual increase of nearly10,000jobs, the city’s annual outputvalue of2.3billion yuan beauty. Service Management Vocational SchoolBaotou Baotou City, the only one as the tertiary industry and modern service-oriented personnel training in secondary vocational schools, Baotou Citybeauty salon and image design offers a number of annual industryprofessionals. However, the needs of business professionals and schooltraining objectives, but there is some dislocation, lack of students’comprehensive vocational ability, can not adapt quickly to workrequirements, a serious brain drain. This in-depth analysis of BaotouVocational schools hairdressing service management and professional trainingimage design problems, and suggest improvements countermeasures, has acertain practical significance.Based on current vocational school beauty salons and image designprofessional training situation, to Baotou service management vocationalschools, for example, a detailed analysis of its personnel training problems:First, for the professional courses architecture is not perfect, trainingobjectives seriously out of line with business needs, the student can not bedone "Learning","school director"; Second, practical teaching model of asingle, teachers need to improve vocational skills, school-enterprisecooperation required depth communication; Third, facilities and equipmentobsolete, unable to meet the timeliness of teaching; fourth, curriculumbackward, to conduct teaching reform, with teachers, teaching resources and materials development, teaching, management, improvement andmanagement of teaching base.Finally, we propose to further improve personnel training measures: first, theability to cultivate professional skills as the core curriculum of comprehensivereform; Second, a variety of "co-teaching" model combined; Third, strengthenthe hardware equipment, improving training room building; Fourth, improvethe professional curriculum
