Abstract


The existing railway lines in China due to the technical limitations of the design theory and construction of the construction period, plus withstand pressure overload led to the existing railway line there is a considerable number of very serious diseases. With the the railway speed the implementation of the strategy exacerbate the roadbed disease development. With the speed to extend the maximum speed of train continuously improve the the subgrade exposed more and more serious problem. Roadbed disease exacerbated, affecting traffic safety. Causing diseases aggravated due to the improvement of the speed of traffic, trains increase in dynamic stress on the roadbed, the disease aggravated Also resulting in deteriorating track condition caused by the vicious cycle of the line, affecting traffic safety. The speed test has train ride index and body vibration acceleration as the speed an important indicator to judge the requirements to achieve excellent standard. This requires that the roadbed has a higher strength and better uniformity and kept in good condition. Roadbed has become Catenary key factor in a lot of line speed. Design requirements from the railway embankment built in low-standard conditions in the perspective of the development of the existing lines road basically has overwhelmed the railway embankment must be processed as long as the outer charge excessive change can not meet the speed after the roadbed requirements.Liaoning Panjin is located in our country northeast coastal soft soil of the main distribution area, the geological conditions are very complicated, the existing railway construction is facing the high cost, construction difficulty is great, construction period is too long to wait for a series of difficulties. The purpose of this thesis is to set camp railway passenger special smooth change establish project of existing railway line roadbed stability in and around the soft soil subgrade treatment difficult problem, put forward specific soft soil subgrade soil strengthening economic reasonable construction scheme. The plan must be guaranteed in the area of special soil conditions of railway subgrade engineering quality, economic cost, convenient construction, reasonable construction. After initial construction, using conventional processing method of the soft soil roadbed and cannot solve the region’s special subgrade problems, finding a new foundation treatment methods for imminent. In this paper the construction site of the geological, hydrological survey, preliminary put forward three kinds of new structure plan of the roadbed treatment. By the early two and two reinforcement methods for comparison, identified two specific plan of construction technology, and the treatment after two bridge and culvert settlement calculation and stability analysis, determined the suitable for the industrial base of special soil subgrade solution, and with the traditional processing method of economic and technical comparison.
