Abstract


Abstract: As a modern means of transport, container transport hold its advantages such as high efficiency, high quality and safety in development, which plays an increasingly important role in the promotion of economic and social development. In order to prevent the cargo to have the damage by the vibration and impact during the transporting. Analysis of the container cargo’s loading reinforcement factors, proposed cargo consolidation technology requirements; explored vibration and impact characteristics of railway transportation modes, For container freight loading reinforcement study. Main work are as follows.Firstly, the paper Analysis of the container cargo’s main factors about loading and reinforcement which included:cargo’s characteristics, the loading reinforcement materials and devices, container types and transportation vehicles, and made the meeting about of the shipment of cargo’s weight, the range of gravity and the allowable distribution of the weight.Secondly, The paper set out the characteristics of vibration and impact in the railway transportation, according to the degree of fragility and vibration-proof goods get the cargo damaged boundary curve. Against loading condition of the cargo in container, established a unilateral and bilateral constraint free mechanical model of vibration and impact system, then based on the principle of structural vibration, simplified the model, came to the mechanical model of numerical solution methods.Following, In based of the buffer packaging theory of principle, set the parameter about the vibration and impact characteristics such as passed curve, and impact vibration maximum, value and continued time parameter, design considered damping coefficient and stiffness coefficient of system response analysis program in Matlab software platform, comparison of the cargo’s damaged situation has been drawn from the single side constraint and double side constraint mechanical model; and analysis the cargo’s displacement, and speed and the acceleration has been got under different buffer stiffness coefficient. The paper gave some optimization recommendations about the container cargo reinforcementAt last, taken the stability and loading of cargo, material and strengthening of relationships into account, combined the loading of the cargo in the container with actual situation, proposed a typical method of General requirements for loading and securing cargo.
