Abstract


According to the "Twelfth Five-year for Railway Logistics Development Planning ", nearly550railway logistics nodes including national, region and local levels will be constructed in the next five years. With the implementation of the plan, the construction of railway logistics center is deeply developed around the whole country. The railway logistics center construction is a complicated system engineering, which requires high investment, long cycle and hard to change. So it is necessary to do a study on problems related to railway logistics center layout, which can avoid resources-wasting by blind construction, and also help railway logistics center quickly adapt to the market, integrate into the market, and finally be invincible in the fierce market competition.First of all, the thesis makes clear the concept of modern railway logistics center, analyzes the characteristics of modern railway logistics center, and sums up the development trends of modern railway logistics center in the future.Secondly, this thesis launches a research on modern railway logistics center function design, elaborates the design principle of modern railway logistics center, analyzes the influent factors of modern railway logistics center function design, and gives train of thought of the modern railway logistics center function design. Meanwhile, combining with the function design experience of the domestic and international successful logistics center case, the thesis gives advice of the modern railway logistics center function design, and offers a proposal of function design key point for the different types of railway logistics center.Thirdly, this thesis studies the method of modern railway logistics center layout. The new method is improved by the traditional system layout design (SLP), which abandons traditional tedious manual adjustment steps and joins the traditional system layout method and mathematical model together. The method combines modern railway logistics center inside and outside traffic factors as virtual function to participate in the layout. At the same time, existing facilities are as the fixed constrain in the model. The calculation example shows that improved systematic layout planning method can effectively solve the modern railway logistics center layout problem, reduce the influence of subjective factors of the traditional systematic layout planning method, and can get a satisfied layout plan.Finally, the thesis gives scheme improvement ideas of the modern railway logistics center layout, carries on the improvement from the logistics center internal dynamic line and traffic flow respectively, and improved the fourth chapter numerical example results at last.
