Abstract


The IEC61850standard defines the information interaction between manufacturers and users to build the future digital substation on the foundation of protection, communication and control. In the power system operation, the switching process in system was often used to power equipment maintenance and transformation of actual operation mode. The malfunctions caused by the wrong operation account for a large proportion in the power system, which have a huge threat to the power system. The Substation interlocking mechanism was ofen be used to avoid those problems. Rapid information interaction between bay control units can be used for the implementation of the interlocking across bays (substation interlocking).In the interlocking mechanism across bays of substation communication system, there are problems caused by two switches, which have the interlocking relationship, respectively operates at the same time. This kind of problems is disastrous. In order to solve this kind of problems, and then improve the security and stability of power system, the new interlocking mechanism across bays was put forward, which was based on the in-depth study of interlocking method in power system and control interactive command. In order to apply this mechanism, improve the scalability and convenience of implementation of the system, a distributed construction method was proposed to build the system distributed. The main work of this paper is as follows:This paper conducted depth research and analysis on the construction and implementation of digital substation, analyzes the harm and change in demand fouse on the problem that two switches having interlocking relationship may be operated simultaneously, and then takes a research of the solution of the problem in domestic and abroad. This paper proposes interlocking mechanism including reservation logic. Adoption services tracking technology to track on the interlocking control commands. Improving the interlocking to realize CILO algorithm and building architecture based on the service tracking with reservation interlocking logic across bays.Studied the interlocking architecture specific project implementation process in the presence of the project, a distributed construction method is proposed. using some of the newer methods to replace the original reconstruction of global style reconfigured for changing the system to reconfigure the upgrade. This paper evaluates the established interlocking mechanism from the boundary region currency in the service tracking, real-time, reliability, etc, aspects to ensure the correctness and completeness of the solution. Through analyzing the interlocking mechanism, the digital experiment scheme was established, It use the distributed construction method to implement the digital upgrade configuration on the interlocking across bays with reservation logic based on service tracking and verify the feasibility and scientific scheme.
