Abstract


During power system of reliable operation system,the equipments for powerequipments is getting higher and higher. because of the Power equipments insubstation have a fault will have profound influence for all society. Power equipmentshave been monitored widely. Thus,it can find latent fault of power equipments,prevent power equipments occur important insulation accident,improving powersupply reliability.and reduce squitments power cut testand maintenance of blindness.Paper have base on Design of On-line Monitoring System of one220kVSubstation project,demand to Analytic contents and theories of On-line MonitoringSystem to primary equipment and Secondary equipment.Papar mention to below two-point:1.understand system structure and composition and principle of Design of On-lineMonitoring system in substation.2.base on a concrete Substation project,wo can get a deeper master theory ofOn-line Monitoring system during theory and practice.Base on a concrete project, described different between of smart substation andtraditional substation.1.The communication protocol of smart substation adopt unified IEC61850standard, requirement of on-line monitoring system uses IEC61850standards, inthis way, the on-line monitoring system can lessly access based on IEC61850protocol in smart substation.2.For smart substation, can obtain real-time and effectively operation status datafor power, can obtainfault information and operation information and signalcircuit state of various intelligent component, In the smart function unitsubstations, will be monitored. Power equipments have been monitored widely.Never functional unit can not been monitored in substation.
