Abstract


Intellectualization of primary equipment is an important feature of smart substation, andit is one of the main signs different from conventional substation. Intelligent primaryequipment technology is not only the innovation of measuring and controlling technology, butalso has a great impact on the development of the design and running of substation and also onitself.The network structure of secondary system and secondary equipment configurationparameter is related to the reliable operation of smart substation. With the further deepeningon the construction of smart grid, the development of the automation of substation, timesynchronization device, integration of AC and DC power system and other second intelligentlevel will gradually improve. It lays a good foundation for integrated information platform ofthe smart substation,and also can be a great help on realization of advanced substationapplication such as sequence control and analysis decision.This paper introduces the advancement of the intelligent primary equipment of smartsubstation based on IEC61850.Enumerates technical difficulties of affection on smart devicedevelopment, puts forward the anti-interference and protection grade requirements of outdoorintelligent equipment; Put forward a suitable design scheme for intelligent switch of smartsubstation; Put forward a new primary equipment operating the locking scheme, to replace theelectromagnetic locking scheme and the micro computer-based program anti-mistake defensesystem, that are used in most of the substation at present; Put forward a locking schemesuitabled for intelligent primary equipment of smart substation.According to the China State Grid Corp enterprise standard <Smart SubstationTechnology Guidelines>, referring to the network universal design scheme, makes a detailedanalysis about smart substation automation system,lists the equipment configuration ofsubstation control layer, network layer and field interval layer; Makes a detailed analysis ofthe switch configurations that support the substation network structure, puts forwardoptimization scheme of field interval layer; Proposes the integrated device of protectionused in smart substation; Proposes the integrated device of merging unit and intelligentterminal; Puts forward optimization scheme of metering performance used in smart substation.
