Abstract


Current power system, the substation automation have become increasinglydemanding, for facilitate to the interconnection in substation IED’s management as wellas devices to achieve a universal means of communication. A common communicationstandard, IEC61850standardized series of equipment, so as to form a standardizedoutput, to achieve a seamless connection of the system. So do test the versatility, it isnecessary to design meet IEC61850standard test systems to meet the existing Statuteuniversal test system.This thesis is precisely to address the problem, propose a way for ordinaryengineers to easily get started the power generic Statute test approach, and theIEC61850universal standard model of in-depth research, designed to meet IEC61850standard universal test model, and based on use design to case management software,case analysis software. Python script-based use cases, fully demonstrating the versatilityof the method, reliability, and flexibility.Mainly as follows:1. To learn the advanced international experience and research standards.Learn more mature testing experience at the international level, such as KEMA, etcand draw on their authority at the international level, to ensure that the Statute of testingtechnical versatility and reliability.2. Designed the typical generic Statute test environment.Universal Statute select large wide range of applications, such as IEC60870,IEC61850, use of the research, design typical generic test environment, Accumulationof experience, to optimize the design of power Statute Universal test environment.Make sure that the versatility of the test environment.3. Python script with flexibility in the use of the patients in the test environmentFocus of this article contains a use case management functions and use caseanalysis, as well as the software’s brief. Demonstrate the versatility of the test system, aswell as giving the flexibility of the scripting language.
