Abstract


Drip irrigation is one of the world’s most widely used water-saving irrigationtechnology, our country is agricultural country at present, water resources are scarcein our country,80%of agricultural water was used for irrigation, drip irrigationtechnology has great potential. To implement the information reform in our country, itprovides a good opportunity to realize precise irrigation management. Make irrigationdecision by available information to formulate relevant water of crop Through fieldsoil moisture automatic control, ensure that under the condition of constant pressureof pipeline in drip irrigation, they are the focus of the automatic control irrigation. Ithas vital significance to develop automation irrigation in agricultural modernization.The irrigation system based on PLC and HMI technology to achieve automaticirrigation control, the system includes three parts. First is field system, a system in thefield acquisition of field soil moisture and meteorological information; second for dripirrigation water filtration, fertilization and irrigation water quantity control, pressurecontrol; Under control of the system is responsible for a variety of irrigationmanagement, irrigation decisions, process monitoring, constant pressure control ofpipeline, etc. Through the embedded sensors in the field the soil moisture content ofthe field, collected information through the ZigBee wireless transmission technologytransfer to the central control computer, solar panels and batteries provide power for it.through a central computer RYGCM3000S-ZC information to relay signals to PLCmodule will controller to perform an action. The system realizes data sharing betweenthrough a variety of media, realize variety of control mode of irrigation, and theconstant pressure control of pipeline at the same time.The system mainly realize the following functions:(1) The sensors in the field tocollect the field soil moisture and meteorological information, to realize data sharingthrough the ZigBee wireless technology, GSM network and Internet network, andmake a reasonable irrigation decisions based on the acquisition of information.(2)Making water management by using the computer, remote control, HMI, GSMmessages in a variety of ways.(3) Set upper and lower soil moisture content bycomputer, it began to watering when the moisture content is less than lower limit until measuring data is higher than the upper limit.(4) The HMI interface is friendly, easyto operate, uniting by automatic control, precision irrigation, intelligent constantpressure, remote monitoring, data sharing, intelligent alarm.(5) It can realize staticand dynamic monitoring system in two ways, fault alarm will occur in the process ofirrigation through HMI.(6) It can be modified fuzzy control parameters directly inHMI interface by fuzzy PID constant pressure control of pipelines, and has a goodperformance.(7) the system has been running in Gansu agricultural universityvineyards successfully, it saving water more than20%and save labor force more than90%compared with the traditional irrigation,. It provides technical support for beltscale automatic irrigation.
