Abstract


As people pay more and more attention to our living environment, pesticides also growto a green road. Pesticides that low toxicity and dosage will be widely used in the further todrop the dosage of the pesticides substantially, as a result, the pressure on the environmentwill be reduced. This thesis had chosen Nicosulfuron as the research object, on the base of theformulation research of4%Nicosulfuron oil flowable concentrate, different affections ondispersibility of4%Nicosulfuron OF in water and its rheological property, also probed intothe related mechanism. Pesticide oil suspending agent system in the water dispersionperformance and the influence of the rheological behavior and discusses the relatedmechanism. At the same time, hydrophobic DSO-LDHs were prepared and for the first timeas thixotropic agent was applied to4%Nicosulfuron oil flowable concentrate. Finally theindoor toxicity measurement of4%Nicosulfuron oil flowable concentrate was measured, themain research results are as follows:1. This paper choosed methyl oleate as resolvent and prepared4%Nicosulfuron oil flowableconcentrate, in which emulsifier and wetting dispersant was the key of formula screening.(1) Through contrast of screening single and compound emulsifier, VO/02N and NP-10whose proportion was5:1was suited for emulsifying methyl oleate.(2) Compared particle analyzer method with Zeta potential, screened out GY-NDS,SP-04/112and FD as candidate dispersant, and further through microscope method to analyze,ultimately choose GY-NDS for optimal dispersant. Finally, through measured the viscosity ofdifferent amounts of GY-NDS, determined the optimal dosage of the GY-NDS was1.5%.(3) Combined with appearance state, syneresis rate and the dispersibility, the species anddosage of thickener and stabilizing were selected. The results as follows: the thixotropic agentis DSO-LDHs, which amount was4%, while the stabilizing agent was urea, which amountwas1%.2. The particle size, Zeta potential, viscosity and the dispersibility and suspensibility of4%Nicosulfuron oil flowable concentrate in water was measured in different emulsifier,dispersant and temperature. The results were:(1)4%Nicosulfuron oil flowable concentrate which was made by VO/02N and NP-10whose proportion was5:1, and GY-NDS (1.5%) had the best dispersibility in the water of35oC.(2) The particle size and viscosity of4%Nicosulfuron oil flowable concentrate can bereduced by the appropriate dispersant and emulsifier, its dispersibility can be improved by the water temperature.3. Investigated the effection of emulsifier(VO/02N:NP-10=5:1), GY-NDS, organobentoniteand DSO-LDHs on4%Nicosulfuron oil flowable concentrate rheological property and therelationship between the rheological and its suspension stability, then studied the mechanismof action. The result showed that:(1) As the shear rate increased, apparent viscosity of all the decentralized system of4%Nicosulfuron oil flowable concentrate decreased gradually, and showed pseudo plastic fluid,accord with Herschel-Buckley rheological model.(2) VO/02N was a kind emulsifier of ethoxy mixed fatty acid, its long fatty acid chainwhich solved in methyl oleate can stretch very well. By adding emulsifier(VO/02N:NP-10=5:1)can make the yield value and consistency index increased, soviscosity and structure strength of the system can significantly improved.(3) The property of rheogram of the4%Nicosulfuron oil flowable concentrate that addedwith different doses of GY-NDS were not changed, but the viscosity and rheologicalparameters of the system have significant effected. With the increase of the content ofGY-NDS, the viscosity of4%Nicosulfuron oil flowable concentrate decreased first and thenincreased, the system had the lowest viscosity when the dispersant mass fraction was1.5%.(4) By adding the organicbentonite, can form the three dimensional network structure,and made the yield value and consistency index increased, while the oil separation ratio of oilflowable concentrate reduced in normal temperature and heat storage, the suspensionpercentage increased. As the temperature increased, the three dimensional network structurewas abated, and the apparent viscosity of the system were decreased, which yield value andconsistency index become smaller, but the oil separation ratio increased.(5) DSO-LDHs had a kind of hydrotalcite special laminated structure. Pesticide particleswere attached to DSO-LDHs through electrostatic interaction. As the dosage of DSO-LDHsincreased, the oil suspension showed some of the positive thixotropy, and yield value alsoincreased, while the oil separation ratio decreased.4. The indoor activity test of4%Nicosulfuron OF we made and we buy against Echinochloacrus-galli(L.) and Setaria glauca(L.) had been done. The results showed that the two kinds of4%Nicosulfuron OF had the same efficacy.
