Abstract


The additive recipe system of Paraquat was investigated at various concentrations of SHZ12, SHZ14and SHZ16, respectively. The physicochemical properties of the additive recipes were also studied in laboratory. It was screened out that the best Paraquat additive recipe of GmnOl14, which was characterized by the optimal ratio of SHZ12and SHZ14.To understand the maize field weeds control with200g/L Paraquat and Gmn0114promoter was evaluated by field control efficiency. Experimental results showed the field effects of preparation at150ml/667m2were more than90percent to monocotyledonous and dicotyledonous weeds (Digitaria sanguinalis, Setaira viridis, Eleusine indica, Portulaca oleracea, Acalypha australis, Amaranthus mangostanus, A. retroflexus, A. spinosus, Chenopodium album) from5to30day, which indicated that it had the same effect with standard check chemical of200g/L Paraquat at150ml/667m2. However, its inhibiting ratio was more effective than standard check chemical at the high dose of200ml/667m2and300ml/667m2. The partial diabetic macular was found at the first and second leaves of few plants. Under the tested dosage, the preparation was safe for maize growth through maize inter-row directedspraying, suggested usage at period of6to7leaf stage of summer maize.To understand the non-cropland weeds control with Paraquat and Gmn0114promoter was evaluated by field control efficiency. Experimental results showed the inhibiting ratio of preparation after applying3days were more than80percent to four weeds(Sphaerophysa salsula, Trigonotis peduncularis, D. sanguinalis, S. viridis). The results also showed that the inhibiting ratio of preparation were more than90percent and had good prevention and elimination effects on grass weeds (D. sanguinalis, S. viridis). The inhibiting ratios of preparation after applying5days were100percent to total weeds.The adjuvant of Gmn0114had significant synergism on the control effect of Paraquat.
