Abstract


The light medium and full sunlight cutting propagation of Camellia oleifera clone of Cenruan-3#were studied. Under condition of full sunlight and spray, the influence of different plant growth regulators, different cutting periods, different light medium formulas, different fertilizer types and different fertilization methods for cutting propagation of Camellia oleifera were explored. The comprehensive seedling technology system with suitable rooting reagent, cutting period, light medium formula, promote bud of growth regulator and fertilization method were researched and summarized. The results are summarized as follows:1. There was large influence on cutting root with different plant growth regulator, the rooting rate could to reach about80%of cutting which were processed with2000mg/L,4000mg/L,5000mg/L NAA and3000mg/L,4000mg/L IBA, be found that it’s rooting rate could be improved significantly. There were two rooting types in Cenruan-3clone, one was skin type, another was callus type. When taking full sunlight cutting propagation in May, the skin should be rooted after4-5weeks, before the callus root which need about after7-8weeks. The rooting rate was about80%which were processed with3000mg/L,4000mg/L,5000mg/L IBA, and it’s skin root rate was about50%, roots were more and thick, and the IBA can improve the rate of bud at a certain extent. In production of full sunlight cutting propagation of cenruan-3#, processing10second with3000mg/L IBA is the best.2. Under condition of full sunlight and intermittent spray, the cutting propagation of Camellia oleifera should be took during february to october in midland area of Guangxi province, but the effect is best during February to June, the survival rate and sprout rate was high, and rooting more. It could be promoted for cuttings rooting and survival by warming the seedbed in autumn and winter.3. The root rate were significant difference between different light medium formulas in full sunlight cutting propagation of Camellia oleifera, the root rate at6.67%-100%, and the formulas which contain coconut chaff was obviously superior to others.In five formulas which contain coconut chaff, the root rate of formulas12#(coconut chaff:fungus dregs:peat soil=4:2:1)was highest, which reached100%, and cost lower, to be considered as the most suitable light medium formulas for Cenruan-3#.4. Cuttings of Cenruan-3#were promoted to bud obviously by growth regulator of GA and6-BA. In18kinds of processing, spray with500mg/L,1000mg/L or1500mg/L of6-BA, spray or dip with2000mg/L of GA, and dip with3000mg/L of GA, the rate of germination for these six processings were significantly higher than the compare processing. Considering of the best effect, low cost and operation simply, spray with1500mg/L of6-BA to promote bourgeon should be used in production.5. The effect of fertilization for cutting plantation were different between different kinds of fertilizer and application methods. More conducive to growth for seeding if combine foliar spray fertilizer with pedologic fertilizer methods. In this experiment, foliar spray fertilization every week, and took turns urea, superphosphate or compound fertilizer every half month, the length and roughness of tip bud as well as leaf numbers having been promoted, height and ground diameter of half-year nursery stock has reach the standard of outplanting. These methods are suitable for popularization and application.
