Abstract


Ever since the invention of photography, it has an indissoluble bound withfashion. These two things are perfectly combined, give people a colorful dreamand vision. It uses2D image to interpret a colorful fashion charm. It alsorecords of people pursuing on some clothing over a period of time, this kind ofpursuit sometimes bohemian, sometimes shy, sometimes precarious, andsometimes miles away. Therefore, this is called, the charm of fashionphotography.This paper combined with the twenty-first Century’s fashion photography;analyze the domestic and foreign photographic present development situationand the trend of future development. At the same time, through their ownphotographic practice, to interpret the relations between the factors of thecontemporary fashion photography. From a photographer’s perspective toanalyze the “fashion photography”, so as to explore the mystery in it, for thepurpose of practicing in nutritional supplements in the future.The paper consists of five chapters. In the first chapter, it describes the fashionphotography, fashion photographic value as well as domestic and internationalcurrent situation of the development of fashion photography.In the second chapter, start from the birth of photography, it describes thesource margin between photography and fashion. The complementarycombination between these two elements promotes the development offashion design, it becomes the recommendation between fashion and lifestyle,it shows people’s dressing style during a specific period of time, as well asaffecting people in pursuit of fashion life. In the third chapter, it discusses the fashion photography in addition to givepeople the enjoyment of arts, its ultimate goal is to spread the fashion culturalinformation and ahead of the consumer purchase guide. Thereby leading tothe formation of consumer purchase culture, and changed into an importantpart of people’s life. This chapter also discusses the fashion photography stylefrom multi-directional aspects.In the fourth and the fifth chapters, start from discussing with theoretic view onfashion design, fashion photographer, fashion model, and fashion media,these are the four major elements of fashion photography. On this basis,guiding fashion photography practice. In practicing this chapter, use a researchcase as reference, from the creative subject set, props, the use of forms,combined with the light, color, space and other methods, to summed up with aset of brands fashion photography method and implementation method, inorder to achieve the consistency of subjective and objective elements, thusverifying the combination of theory and practice. This has the enlightening andguiding significance on improving the Chinese fashion photographicdevelopment and the people’s living standard
