Abstract


Jin Shizong, one of the most celebrated emperor in the Jin Dynasty, created astable domestic environment in the period of Dading age, and pushed forward thedevelopment of the building of political power effectively. Many farseeing andtalented prime ministers (in feudal China) came forward during the Jin Shizong era,who played an important role in politics, economy, and diplomacy.Because of the especial national characteristic and political system, there were nosituation that the civil servant and military attache were differentiated. But we can alsoseparate them into civil servant and military attache according to their life andcontribution. They contributed to the development of the building of political power bytheir own ability. The military attache such as Heshilie Zhining, Pusan Zhongyi andTudan Kening, made great contribution in the war between the Jin Dynasty and theSong Dynasty, while the civil servant made great contribution in the building ofpolitical power such as Heshilie Liangbi, Shi Jiu and Wanyan Shoudao.The era of Jin Shizong was the most important period in the Jin Dynasty and theprogress of the development of the Nvzhen nationality. Under the influence of Hanculture, this period was not only an important stage in the development of the JinDynasty, but also a pivotal age in the transformation from the slavery to the feudalsystem of the mode of production.In the period of transition, the prime ministers (in feudal China) made their ownchoose facing to the ever-changing situation, while their action also affected thesituation. In this context, it gave a reference for how to face to the cultural change andthe foreign culture in nowadays.
