Abstract


The16th Party Congress Report puts forward the policy of “developing theagricultural product processing industry and boosting the county economy”. The firstcentral file puts great emphasis on the development and boosts the country economyfor many years. County vocational education is an important type of education topromote the county’s economic and social development, a local country vocationaleducation development efforts largely affect the level of development of the countyeconomy. The basic tasks of the county vocational education training is to provideintellectual support for the county’s economic development in the region ofproduction, construction, management, service line technology applied talents, in turn,the county’s economic stability and healthy development would increase investmentin County Vocational education, with higher demands, to promote vigorouslydevelopment.Taking the Guanxian as an example in, the agricultural economic developmentof Guanxian has been introduced, and the problems of countryside vocationaleducation has been analyzed in the promotion of the county economic developmentprocess, and the presence of non-adaptive with the development of the countyeconomy, that is the contradiction between the needs of the diversification in therural vocational education and system is imperfect; the contradiction between thegovernment of Guanxian, the serious shortage of the businesses input and the qualityof personnel training and structural; the contradiction between county EconomicDevelopment and the setting of Guanxian vocational Education majors setup, thecontradiction between the shortage of " Two qualified teachers " and the communityfor school service capabilities require a higher quality; the contradiction betweensocial stigmatization and do not attach importance to vocational education and theemployer for a large number of skilled personnel demand. To deal the problem,Guanxian vocational education need to apply to local economic: to improve the Countryside Vocational education and training network to meet the needs of talents ofthe county’s economic and social development; to carry out the transfer of ruralsurplus labor force training, to promotion of rural labor problem employment; toaccelerate the professional structural adjustment, to promote the county industrialstructure upgrade; to train rural practical talents and entrepreneurial talent, promotethe building of a new socialist countryside; to increase the co-ordination of the threereligions, agricultural science and education combined efforts to promote thedevelopment of modern agriculture; to increase the intensity of the three religionsco-ordination of agricultural science and education, to promote the development ofmodern agriculture.
