Abstract


Since the founding of new China, the cause of higher occupation education in ourcountry the twists and turns, intermittent, but also made a larger development.With China’s economic and social reform to advance, problem students and socialdemand of higher occupation education structure is irrational, the asymmetry ofscale, output does not match, can not be solved, will affect the healthydevelopment of China’s social and economic. So the author put forward the followingparts of research:The first part mainly discusses the research background, theframework and the method of the research. The reason of the development strategyof higher occupation education in China in this paper, and analyzes the researchsignificance in theory and practice.The second part is the theoretical literaturereview. This section describes the domestic and foreign related theory of higheroccupation education, and the related concepts of higher occupation educationresolution definition. Through literature, providing theoretical foundation forthe final recommendation research.The third part is the present situation ofhigher occupation education development in china. The higher occupation educationin China has made some achievements, especially since the reform and opening upthirty years experienced different stages of development, but there are manyproblems and shortcomings. This part mainly analyzes the three aspects of.Thefourth part is the experience of higher occupation education in developedcountries for reference. This part mainly draws on the experience of higheroccupation education in the United States, Germany. From the four aspects ofmanagement, teaching management, teachers and students management of higheroccupation education is introduced in detail the United States of America; Germanyfrom the occupation education policy and system, improve the management level ofservice, to ensure funding for three levels of detail description.The fifth partfor the development of higher occupation education in China suggested measures.This part first explicitly put forward the development of higher occupationeducation in our country and gives the principle, enhancing the attractiveness of higher occupation education measures, finally must adhere to according to thenational industrial development direction, the road of combining production andresearch.
