Abstract


Technological innovation play a great role in the economic competition of the market, the technology of laser radar is in the application of the reverse design of the automobile industry, the innovation and transformation of traditional products has played a role of trailblazer. In this article, the laser radar is used in the reverse design of the development needs of the automotive industry in China and abroad, mainly in the car door design, for example, to study the process of how to use the laser radar measurement system reverse design of the car door.First, using of a laser radar system for three-dimensional data acquisition on the car door, and then collected point cloud data is preprocessed by the reverse design software Image Ware. Point cloud data pretreatment process including technical analysis, as well as point cloud data denoising, data smoothing, streamlined and aligned. Then the pretreated point cloud data is reconstructed of curves and surfaces, and then build a solid CAD model of the car door. Finally, the resulting CAD model of automobile door entity is optimized, the accuracy of analysis and evaluation of effects.Laser radar measurement technology combined with the reverse design can produce more new products with market competitiveness, it is played a great role to enhance the speed of the development of China’s automobile industry and the level of innovation.
