Abstract


3D imaging LIDAR technology is a new kind of active optical imagingtechnology, which is an important application value and broad application prospectin surveying and mapping terrain, urban construction, engineering construction,environmental monitoring and other cicilian and military area. This paper focus onthe3D imaging LIDAR core technology of the high resolution laser rangingtechnology,and analyzing and designing the receiver detection, signal processing andsystem control circuit of scanning3D imaging LIDAR. Moreover, the correspondingcircuit is made to develop verification experiment and performance test which showthe high resolution scanning3D imaging result in the lab.The main contents of paper are as follows:1. The high resolution laser pulse flight time measurement technology wasanaylized and the optimization technical route was selected. The circuit ofhigh resolution laser pulse flight of time measuring based on the TDCtechnology was developed whose resolution reached250ps.2. Temporal discrimination technology was analized. A method of temporaldiscrimination based on compensating pulse width was proposed;3. The trace of oscillating mirror scanning system is analized.And the controlcircuit of scanning3D LIDAR was developed to control laser shotting,shotting and receiving synchronizing with scanning, signal processing anddata transimission etc;4. The lab verification system of scanning3D imaging LIDAR was set up byusing the circuit of detecting, signal processing and controlling. And theperformance parameters of scanning3D imaging LIDAR system was testtedand analized. Moreover, this paper also designed a simplified fittingwaveform method which could be implemented on the hardware.
