Abstract


With the arrival of the information age, human resource management informationemerges.Thus it promotes the transition of human resource management fromadministrative management to strategic human resource management. While itsignificantly improves the efficiency of human resource management and technicalcontent, the purpose is to achieve innovative business management concept. The researchdirection of this issue is the human resources management system, it is mainly about thepurpose and necessity of the SAP-HR project implementation, as well as how to useadvanced information technology and tools to develope a human resource managementsystem for the company to achieve the objectives of meticulous management in iron andsteel enterprises.Firstly, this topic discusses the development of human resource management indomestic iron and steel enterprises, analyzes the characteristics of human resourcesmanagement information, and explains the significance, objectives, research backgroundand the main research content.Secondly, the paper elaborated on the main methods and key technologies of humanresources management information system implementation process. For the case, inTangshan Iron and Steel Company (later referred to Tangshan Iron and Steel), from theperspective of human resource information’s implementation and management, elaboratesstrategic management thinking in SAP-HR system, thus it demonstrates SAP-HR systemis the information technology and important way to build human resource strategicmanagement,it analysis the logical structure in detail. Final it analysis the key factor inthe successful implementation of the SAP-HR project, he issues which should be paidattention to, and the establishing the scientific concept of human resource managementsystem.Finally, the paper descris the key technology and innovation in the project, in case ofABAP/4development, conversion process development, and application interfaceprogram development, etc. And it describes its unique HR business design in Tangshan Iron and Steel Company as Example.
