Abstract


The AC high-voltage power supply is often used in industrial power, and thus mustbe controled precisely. Aiming at the problem of poor accuracy in traditional artificial way,a set of control softwares is designed. These softwares can control the power supplyprecisely, which increases the accuracy and real-time controlling of the power supply, andchanges the traditional manual management mode, and reduces the instability of theartificial management and increases the safety of the power supply control. This paperconsists of hardware design, software design and simulation circuit design.1) Hardware part: AT89S52chip is used to design underlying hardware, which isresponsible for the collection and transmission of the underlying data, and realizes thetransmission from underlying power real-time data transmission to host computersoftwares. This kind of circuit hardware design can bring simple connection, high stability,and good security. Comparing with traditional analogy methods, it increases systemaccuracy, and simplifies circuit complexity, and inhibits temperature drift phenomenon,and improves overall performance.2) Software part: For remote monitor and control of power supply, this paper designsa set of real-time management software, which can display curves and specific values ofpower supply in real-time. The system could not only manage the power, but also storeoperating data of power for a long time to the form historical data, which improve thereliability and real-time monitoring of high-voltage power supply, and significantlyincreasing monitoring efficiency and security.3) Simulation circuit: MATLAB software is adopted to simulate the design of theunderlying hardware, which reduces the cost of the hardware design and ensures theefficiency of the design as well as security. It can simulate actual circuit truthfully bysimulating circuit, and achieving stable docking of software, and achieving fullfunctionality of the system.
