Abstract


With the development of the knowledge-based society, the technology enterprisefacing the increasingly fierce competition, R&D personnel at the core of atechnology enterprise talents, bear an important responsibility of the enterprisetechnology innovation. Research influence high and new technology enterprise R&Dstaff innovation behavior of the key factors and their relationships, improve theirinnovation ability to gain greater competitive advantage, the enterprise has importantpractical significance.Based on the comb and the review of the literature of related theory and on thebasis of the established organization emotion capability as the independent variable,organizational learning as intermediary variables, research and development personnelinnovation behavior is the study of the theory of the dependent variable model,analysis of the characteristics and the connotation of the concept of related variables,the influence of the relationship between the hypotheses proposed the theory of11; Inthe study of relevant variables measure, put forward six dimensional model ofemotional capacity measures, namely the organization emotion capability by tthedynamics of game, the dynamic of settlement, the dynamic of identification, thedynamic of encourage, the dynamic of experiencement and the dynamic of freeexpression. Study design of the relevant variables5o ’clock Likert scale andquestionnaire; On the basis of the eastern, central and western classification, for hightechnology enterprises across the country two random handed out600questionnaires,get472effective questionnaires; According to preliminary investigation of102sampledata, using the method of factor analysis and structural equation methods of the scalereliability and validity analysis, verified the emotional capacity dimension model tomeasure the reliability and consistency; In view of the second370samples data, usingregression analysis method to make an empirical analysis of the theoretical model,validation analysis the paper puts forward research hypothesis.The study found that: emotional capacity includes six dimensionst:the dynamics of game, the dynamic of settlement, the dynamic of identification, the dynamic ofencourage, the dynamic of experiencement and the dynamic of free expression.Organization emotion capability of research and development personnel has significantpositive influence on innovation behavior; Emotional capacity has a significantpositive influence on organizational learning; Organizational learning has a significantpositive influence on R&D innovation behavior; Emotional capacity based onorganizational learning intermediary positive influence on R&D innovation behavior.
