Executive Summary


Resveratrol as a natural polyphenolic compounds display a variety of biological activity , is a natural anti-tumor, anti- cardiovascular diseases , anti-mutagenic , anti-bacterial , anti-inflammatory , anti- oxidation , induction of apoptosis and estrogen regulation, and function of the material , is widely used in medicine and health and other fields . Resveratrol mainly from some Chinese herbal medicines , such as Polygonum cuspidatum extract , so tap other resources , and to study the extraction process is of great significance . The study found that resveratrol Sang resources exist . China Sang resource rich countries , so the researchers extracted from mulberry resources resveratrol angle from the use of resources and economic significance . In this thesis, the various parts of the mulberry extraction and identification of resveratrol trial to demonstrate the presence of resveratrol in some parts of the mulberry . Mori leather , mulberry root skin and mulberry content is relatively rich , organic solvent extraction experiments by single factor and orthogonal experiment to determine the optimum extraction conditions . When 80% ethanol as extraction solvent , in accordance with the ratio of solid to liquid 1:25 , extraction time 4h method to extract the best . Measured Sang extracted by this method in various parts of the resveratrol content (μg / g): Sang peel 7.9 ; , mulberry root Paper 5.3 ; mulberry stalk skin 3.2 ; mulberry leaves 1.6 ; Mulberry Juice 1.0 . Mulberry branch skin as raw materials , with 80% ethanol , solid to liquid ratio of 1:25 , extraction 4h, the resulting crude extract after macroporous resin purification test , after comparing different models of the five kinds of macroporous adsorption resin solution in ethanol gradient elution, screened out more suitable AB-8, DM130 purified resin , AB -8 is determined by the tracking and detection of the HPLC DM130 two resins combined with the optimized purification resveratrol process , and by HPLC the resveratrol content up to 91% , for the large-scale extraction and purification the resveratrol can learn information .
