Abstract


The process industry has a more variable , more dangerous point feature , especially in the petrochemical system processes . Pre - identification , analysis and evaluation of the losses from the point of view of the system may cause potentially hazardous and dangerous industrial production , and provide the basis for enterprises to develop preventive measures and decision - making , has been valued by businesses . Among numerous safety evaluation method , the SDG - HAZOP its analysis of the process of systematic and completeness of the analysis to become one of the most widely used method . SDG-HAZOP the complex system dangerous reasoning and analysis to identify system contains dangerous consequences , causes and propagation path . In this paper, a comparison of several common methods , selected on the basis of the propagation path analysis reasoning danger existing SDG-HAZOP system , the use of computer methods to calculate the probability of the accident , as well as the risk value as the integrity level of safety instrumented systems develop tool. Initially established a the SDG the probability calculation rule base , design SDG path probability calculation method and the tree SDG analysis method , and computer program .
