Abstract

In this paper, camphor leaves cranberry flower buds as the research object, its water-soluble chemical composition separation, purification and detection activity screening and compound its bud and leaf nutrients detection, the purpose is to reveal in a specific area of ??memory in and continue to retain the key factors to provide a theoretical basis for an in-depth development and utilization of camphor leaves cranberries, in order to take advantage of modern society. The experiment by a variety of chromatographic separation of materials and technology as well as modern spectroscopic methods, cranberries dried flower buds from camphor leaves isolated seven compounds were identified, six, namely: - hydroxyphenyl 6-O-trans - caffeoyl-beta-D-glucoside (1); - hydroxyphenyl 6-O-trans - of - hydroxy cinnamic acyl-beta-D-glucoside (2); - hydroxy-benzoic acid (3) ; coffee acid methyl ester (4); - hydroxyphenyl-β-D-glucoside (6); caffeic acid (7).
